Special Courses

Maybe a straight technique and culture class isn’t for you. If you have a small group of like-minded individuals why not see if we can come up with something that works for you.

Perhaps a short course using veils. Some people enjoy group improvisation. Others enjoy expressing the music through simple movement that calls to the archetypes. Any such course without a solid grounding will have its limitations – but it can still be fun.

However, I do insist on safety. For instance, I won’t teach undulations to beginners – or Turkish Drops to anyone.

I also believe in truth in advertising. If you want a non-technique class with lots of colourful clothing and circles you will have to come up with a more accurate name than "gypsy dance".
