Summer Dance Classes (2021)

With people on holiday in January, I am offering four standalone classes for January in South Brighton, Christchurch.

Term 1 will start in February with both Beginners and NextSteps.

Summer Movement Class

This is not belly dance but works with foot patterns/travelling steps to western music - with hips (of course). A chance to challenge your brain or just relax into feeling the music.

I will offer a simple combination to fit the music and suggest variations you might add. The emphasis is not on technique but moving.

No experience in any dance form is needed

Tuesdays 6:00-6:30pm (from 5 January)
Four January movement classes $25
Single movement class $10

Summer Belly Dance Class

This is open to anyone but is aimed at people with some existing belly dance technique. Topics will vary each week so each lesson will be stand alone.

Expect some zills and veil.

Tuesdays 6:30-7:30pm (from 5 January)

Four January belly dance (and movement) classes $50
Single Tuesday class $15
